Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Draft Monkeys FFS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing paid fantasy contests, you must reside in a state or jurisdiction where such contests are permitted by law. Some states restrict paid fantasy sports contests — it is your responsibility to comply with local laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Draft Monkeys FFS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. Each user may only maintain one account.

Commissioners are responsible for setting and enforcing league rules within their respective leagues. Draft Monkeys FFS provides the platform and tools for league management but does not arbitrate disputes between league members. Commissioners may modify scoring rules, roster configurations, and league settings through the commissioner control panel. All league members agree to abide by the rules set by their league commissioner. Draft Monkeys FFS reserves the right to intervene in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

All users must participate in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination: - Collusion between league members (coordinating trades, lineups, or outcomes to gain an unfair advantage) - Creating multiple accounts to gain advantages within the same league - Intentionally tanking or losing to manipulate standings, draft picks, or playoff seeding - Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage on the platform - Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users - Exploiting bugs or glitches in the platform rather than reporting them - Manipulation of the payment system Violations of the Fair Play Policy may result in league removal and permanent account suspension at Draft Monkeys FFS's sole discretion.

Paid packages (Base Plus, Full Package, Elite) are billed per season. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Refund requests must be submitted before the league draft takes place. After the draft, no refunds will be issued for the current season. Championship rings and shame shirts are fulfilled after the season ends and are non-refundable once ordered.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the Draft Monkeys FFS name, logo, scoring engine, league analyzer, podcast content, and website design — are owned by Draft Monkeys FFS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without express written permission. User-generated content (league names, team names, forum posts) remains the property of the respective users, but you grant Draft Monkeys FFS a non-exclusive license to display such content within the platform.

Draft Monkeys FFS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draft Monkeys FFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Draft Monkeys FFS in the 12 months preceding the claim. Draft Monkeys FFS is not responsible for the performance of third-party services including but not limited to Stripe, NFL data providers, or hosting platforms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or the Fair Play Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@draftmonkeys.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any outstanding obligations will be handled according to league rules and applicable law. Data associated with terminated accounts may be retained for a reasonable period for legal and operational purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit against Draft Monkeys FFS.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account termination.
