Official Rules
DRAFT MONKEYS SURVIVOR POOL — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO ENTRY FEE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Draft Monkeys and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
Create a free Draft Monkeys account and visit the Monkey Madness Survivor Pool page. Select one NFL team per week to win their game. If your selected team wins, you advance. If they lose, you are eliminated. You may only select each team once per season. Limit one (1) entry per person per season.
3. Entry Period
The contest begins Week 1 of the NFL regular season and continues until one survivor remains or the regular season ends, whichever comes first. If multiple survivors remain at the end of the regular season, the prize will be split equally among remaining participants (each receives the full prize).
4. Prize
The last survivor(s) standing will receive: one (1) year of Monkey Kong premium subscription (approximate retail value varies by current pricing) and one (1) Draft Monkeys merchandise package. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value or cash alternative.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Draft Monkeys account within 7 days of the contest ending.
6. General Conditions
Draft Monkeys reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may result in disqualification. Draft Monkeys reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be operating multiple accounts.
7. Limitation of Liability
Draft Monkeys is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures that may affect participation or the outcome of the contest.
8. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the state of Iowa.
