Redraft
Classic season-long format. New draft every year, compete week to week.
How It Works
- •Draft a complete roster from scratch each season
- •Set your lineup weekly — active management required
- •All 4 draft types: Snake, Auction, Linear, Third Round Reversal
- •Optional keeper system: keep up to 3 players year-over-year (max 2 years each)
- •Keeping a player costs their original draft round pick
- •Double win/loss system is mandatory (H2H + total points)
- •IDP (defensive players) optional
- •Week 18 Brawl and Barrel of Playoffs Add-On available
Dynasty
Keep your entire roster year over year. Build a franchise that lasts. The ultimate long-term strategy format.
How It Works
- •Your roster carries over from season to season — no full re-draft
- •Optional salary cap with contract escalation based on performance
- •With salary cap: Auction draft mandatory, prices adjust +$1 to +$3 for improvement (10-20% = $1, 20-40% = $2, 40%+ = $3)
- •Prices NEVER decrease — only go up or stay flat
- •Without salary cap: all draft types available, standard waivers
- •3-round rookie draft each year for incoming NFL rookies
- •Double win/loss system mandatory
- •Week 18 Brawl and Barrel of Playoffs Add-On available
Best Ball
No lineup management needed. Your best possible lineup is automatically selected each week. Draft it and forget it.
How It Works
- •Draft your roster using any of the 4 draft types
- •Each week, the scoring engine auto-selects your optimal lineup
- •No waiver wire, no trades, no lineup decisions
- •Optional supplemental drafts at Week 8 and Week 12
- •Double win/loss system mandatory
- •Great for busy managers who want less weekly commitment
- •Week 18 Brawl and Barrel of Playoffs Add-On available
Guillotine
The lowest scorer is eliminated each week. Last team standing wins. Pure chaos.
How It Works
- •Snake draft only — all teams draft a full roster
- •No head-to-head matchups — total points determine survival
- •The lowest scorer each week is eliminated and their roster released to waivers
- •Highest scorer gets a random starter from the eliminated team (Monkey Roulette)
- •+1 Superflex (non-QB) starter and +1 bench slot per elimination
- •Commissioner chooses $100 or $200 waiver budget for blind-bid waivers
- •Elimination start week calculated based on team count (must finish by Week 17)
- •No Week 18 Brawl (elimination format). Barrel of Playoffs Add-On optional
- •Example: 14 teams = start Week 4, eliminate 1 per week through Week 17
Barrel of Playoffs
NFL Postseason Playoff League. 4 weeks, intense competition, built for the postseason.
How It Works
- •No draft — buy players from a salary-capped market
- •Default $200 salary cap (commissioner configurable)
- •Shared player pool — same player can appear on multiple rosters
- •4 rounds of scoring: Wild Card, Divisional, Conference Championships, Super Bowl
- •If an NFL team is eliminated, their players score 0 going forward
- •Tiebreaker player scores bonus points only in tied scenarios
- •Short commitment — just 4 weeks of playoff action
Game Mode
Not a league format — a standalone game you can play alongside any league.
Monkey Madness
FREE Survivor PoolPick one NFL team per week to win. If they win, you survive. Pick wrong and you're eliminated. You can never pick the same team twice. Last one standing wins.
How It Works

Barrel of Playoffs Add-On
$25 Add-OnThe Barrel of Playoffs experience as an add-on to your regular season league. NFL Postseason Playoff League — 4 weeks of intense competition from Wild Card through Super Bowl.
How It Works
- •Runs during NFL playoffs (Wild Card through Super Bowl)
- •Buy players from a salary-capped market
- •Shared player pool — same player on multiple rosters
- •If a player's NFL team is eliminated, they score 0 going forward
- •Available as add-on to any format except Barrel of Playoffs
- •Also available as standalone at $35/season with ring included
